Founded in 2015 by visionary leader Tina McDowell, Jus Us Girlz Empowerment Network is a Christ-centered nonprofit organization created to uplift, support, and empower women from all walks of life. Inspired by her own journey of overcoming personal and generational challenges, Tina launched this movement to provide the kind of faith-filled sisterhood, mentorship, and support she once needed herself.

What began as a God-given vision has grown into a powerful community of women healing, growing, and thriving together. With over two decades of experience as an educator, mentor, and faith leader, Tina leads with compassion, authenticity, and action. She is a mentor, motivator, and inspiration whose heart is to help women recognize their worth, uncover their God-given gifts, and rise above life’s challenges with confidence and clarity.

Jus Us Girlz Empowerment Network is committed to serving women ages 18 and older from diverse backgrounds, providing encouragement, education, and resources that support personal growth, spiritual development, and community impact.

A Legacy of Love, Faith, and Family

Jus Us Girlz Empowerment Network is deeply rooted in generational strength, faith, and purpose. Tina is honored to lead this organization alongside her mother, Pastor Debra J., who serves as both Chief Financial Officer and Pastor of Jus Us Girlz Empowerment Network.

As Chief Financial Officer, Pastor Debra provides financial oversight, stewardship, and accountability, ensuring the organization operates with integrity, transparency, and excellence. As Pastor, she offers spiritual leadership, prayer, and biblical guidance that anchor the mission in faith and compassion.

Together, Tina and Pastor Debra host quarterly community workshops, faith-based gatherings, and outreach initiatives designed to uplift, educate, and empower women. Having both overcome challenges that many women face today, their shared testimony fuels their passion to help other women heal, grow, and walk boldly in purpose.

This mission is also generational. Tina’s daughter, Kareena, represents the future and heart of Jus Us Girlz Empowerment Network. She embodies the vision of breaking cycles, building confidence, and creating a lasting legacy where women recognize their value, live empowered lives, and pass faith and strength to the next generation.
